Anne of Green Gables -The Musical™ is the original musical adapted from the novel "Anne of Green Gables" by Lucy Maud Montgomery. It has been running for 48 consecutive seasons at The Charlottetown Festival, Confederation Centre of the Arts since 1965.

| Our last full day on PEI- we drove to Charlottetown from Cavendish to attend Anne of Green Gables- The Musical. During the drive, and while we were parking, it POURED. As in, BUCKETS of rain. Thankfully, it stopped soon after we parked and we were able to dry out a bit before going into the auditorium. |

| Before we went in, the Confederation Brass played songs from the musical for us. |

| It was a wonderful play- even the sad parts were good! |

| When we got back to Cavendish, the girls learned to play the bagpipes, |

| and the drums. |
